We had an invigorating session on Project Management, this afternoon. Although the topic was, " Project Culture in European Enterprises", but it almost covered the whole process of Project Management. The speaker had come from Germany and he shared beautiful insights about the topic. I had a beautiful experience today and I througly enjoyed the whole session. Infact, I was able to connect the topic with the day-to-day practical activities that a person does. In my opinion what ever we do, be it attending a session, meeting a friend, or anything else, it can be considered as a project because it is an activity that has a motive behind it and has a start and an end - A project is a defined activity with a start and an end.
Learning From The Session:
All the activities that we perform, should be taken as a projects and 100 % effort should be made to accomplish them effectively.

nice post mudasir.. yes you are true.. he gave such beautiful insights on the topic.. although the topic was "project culture in european countries" it was more on project culture.. so i would say that part was missing.. but nevertheless.. a good learning overall... and by the way.. congrates for your firstever blog.. happy blogging
